This Privacy Policy describes how Teleferic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Planet Sort mobile game (the “App”).
The App stores your current level and whether you have purchased the ad-free option locally on your device. This information is used to save your progress and apply your purchase. The App does not provide an account or profile feature, and this locally stored game data is not sent to a Teleferic server.
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to provide banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. When ads are requested or displayed, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or receive information such as your IP address, device or advertising identifiers, device and operating system details, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. An approximate location may be inferred from your IP address. The information used can depend on your device settings, consent choices, and the advertising configuration.

The App offers a one-time purchase to remove ads. Purchases are initiated through Google Play using Unity In-App Purchasing. Google Play and the services involved in processing the purchase may handle purchase and transaction information, such as the purchased product and transaction or receipt details, to complete and validate the transaction. We use the purchase result to enable the ad-free option. Payment card details are handled by Google Play, not collected by the App.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google, Google Play, Unity, and their service providers as needed to provide advertising, billing, app functionality, and related services. Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms and policies. The App does not currently use a Teleferic-operated account system or game backend.
Game progress and the local ad-free purchase flag remain on your device until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App. Clearing local data does not delete purchase records held by Google Play. Google, Unity, and advertising partners retain information they process according to their own policies and retention practices.
The App does not offer account registration and does not ask users to submit personal information directly. The App does use third-party advertising services, which may process device and advertising information as described above. The age groups selected for the App in Google Play and the advertising settings must accurately reflect its intended audience. Where children may use the App, advertising and data handling must also comply with applicable children’s privacy laws and Google Play’s Families policies.
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by us. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Information handled by third-party providers is also subject to their security practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its services, or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated policy and revise the effective date above.
